This salad is delicious with the added crunch, and great for any meal. The dressing can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.

Flat Bread Salad
Romaine lettuce (washed and checked for any insects), cut up 
Purple cabbage, shredded 
Grape tomatoes, whole or halved 
Red onion, sliced 

Dressing:
¾ c. olive oil 
½ c. mayonnaise 
2 Tablespoon sugar 
1 Tablespoon Soy sauce 
1 Tablespoon lemon juice 
3 cloves garlic (in a pinch, use 1 tsp. garlic powder) 
3/4 tsp. salt 
1 tsp. pepper 
1 tsp. dry mustard powder (optional)
 
Flatbread crackers (best are Garlic flavored or All dressed)
Combine and shake dressing ingredients in a cruet or jar. Pour over fresh veggies and toss. 
Break up flatbreads and sprinkle over salad; mix them in just before serving.
