This delicious fruity salad is an all time favorite at the Shabbat table as well as any occasion.
Mandarin Salad
Lettuce (washed and checked for any insects) , cut up
1 Red onion diced
1 can of segmented mandarins (drained)
1/2- 3/4 Cup of Craisins
1/2- 3/4 Cup Honey glazed Slivered almonds
Dressing :
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 Cup olive oil
1 teaspoon mustard
2 Tablespoons sugar
Toss all the ingredients together and pour well mixed dressing over before serving.
